Q: I could not log in?

 

A:

1.You may have entered your email address incorrectly.

2.Please make sure that you are using the email address you provided when setting up your account. You may have entered an alternate email address by mistake.

3.The password you entered may be incorrect.Please check that you have the correct password and try again.

If you have forgotten your password, you can contact us to reset your password.

Q: How long will it take to delivery?

 

A:

Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 7-15 workdays, and express shipping normally takes 3-5 workdays. Processing takes 1-3 workdays normally.

Q: Is transfer/western union free?

 

A:

No, they are not free.

You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to CB by Western Union/Bank Transfer.

If you pay by bank transfer, please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for an CB order of $500, and the bank will charge $50 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $550. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $450 and we won't be able to send your full order.

If you pay by western union, you need to go to an western union branch. Please also ask them to provide you clear details so you can account for the fee. it is the same as Bank transfer. Please submit the amount including transfer fee. Thank you!

Q: I want to cancell an order placed wrongly

Cancel Your Order Before Payment

If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we're not processing your order. You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order.

Cancel Your Order After Payment

If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Change Your Order After Payment

If you have already paid for your order and wish to change, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Note: If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.

If you cancel an order both full refunds or CB credit are available.
